Everyone should have Katherine May's beautiful book, which was in our March Boozy Book Club Box. Such an honest, gentle, harmony of words. A real passing on of wisdom. It's so lovely to be sharing it with all of you.

I felt Coorie was a kind of Scottish word for Wintering and that's why the cocktail we chose with Herringbone was called a Rum Coorie. I hope everyone got some relaxing me time for both the book and the cocktail!
And how lucky are we that Katherine is joining our online meet for this book too. I already know she is going to be so lovely to chat to. Make sure you have 7.30pm on Thursday 29th April in your diaries and ingredients to hand if you want to be drinking more Rum Coories with us.
